Depending on the activity, processing may rely on steps taken before entering into a contract or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests such as enquiry management and system security, or consent where required by law. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent subject to applicable legal conditions.

6. Sensitive personal data

We generally do not intend to collect sensitive data such as race, religion, political opinions, health data, criminal records, biometric data or information concerning sex life. 7. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data only as necessary to employees, assigned personnel, contractors, agents and business partners, carriers, shipping agents, freight forwarders, warehouses, IT, cloud, hosting, communications, email, accounting or legal service providers, customs authorities, government agencies or regulators. We aim to limit disclosures to what is necessary and apply appropriate safeguards.

COMMUNICATIONS

When you submit an enquiry through the website, we may use internal communication or notification services so the responsible team can see that a new request has arrived and follow up promptly. We aim to limit the information sent through those services to what is necessary and may use third-party communications providers subject to appropriate data-protection measures.

The website may use cookies that are necessary for functions such as form security, administrator login and misuse prevention. If analytics, advertising or tracking technologies are introduced in the future, we will provide notices and obtain consent where legally required. The website may link to LINE, Facebook, maps or other third-party services; once you leave this website, processing is governed by the relevant provider’s privacy practices.

Some cloud, communications or online service providers may operate servers or process information outside Thailand. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we will consider the requirements of applicable data-protection law and use safeguards appropriate to the relevant service and transfer.

RETENTION

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes and applicable legal requirements. Enquiries or quotation requests that do not become active services may be retained for up to 2 years after the latest contact or closure. Customer records may be retained during the business relationship and afterwards as required for legal, accounting, tax, audit or legal-rights purposes. Technical logs are retained for an appropriate security period. When information is no longer needed, it will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised as appropriate.

EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS

14. How to exercise your rights

Contact us via LINE: @jteam.interfreight and provide enough information to locate your record, such as contact name, company, approximate contact date, enquiry reference if available, and the right you wish to exercise. We may request further information to verify identity and prevent unauthorised disclosure or alteration. Requests will be handled within the period required by law.
